At last the wind has appeared and at 1400 the race committee announced that the competitors should go afloat with a view to starting the final race of the championship at 1515.
It's 1050 here in Nuestadt and right now it's not even possible to get the boats out to the race area for the final day of racing at the Melges 24 European Championship at Rolex Baltic Week as we have thick fog and no wind at all.
