Annual General Meetings
The IM24CA shall be governed by its World Council. The World Council shall consist of the members of the Executive Committee and of one Representative of each member National Class Association.
An Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the World Council, shall be held in such place and time as the Executive Committee may consider most convenient to the majority of the members.
