The following official notification about the Corinthian Classification Interviews to be held during registration at the Worlds has been received from Mr Antony Matusch, Chairman of the ISAF Sailor Classification Commission who will be present in Tallinn to conduct the interviews.

With anticipation building ahead of the 2010 Marinepool Melges 24 World Championship, taking place in Estonia from the 4th - 12th August, eighty-four crews from seventeen nations are very soon set to converge on the 1980 Moscow Olympic Regatta venue in Tallinn.

Next year's European Championship organizer is to also host the 2010 Norwegian Open National Championship from 3rd 5th of September. Haugesund Yacht Club was founded in 1961 and is based on the west coast of Norway.

The 2010 IMCA World Council AGM will be held in Berlin, Germany on Saturday 20 November 2010. The World Council comprises representatives of each National Melges 24 Class Association and the IMCA Executive Officers.

During Warnemnder Woche 2010 the Melges24 class was invited to sail the German Open 2010.
