The sun is back, there's a night light wind blowing and the teams are on their way to the race course ready for Day Four of the 2009 Melges 24 European Championship here in Hyeres.
Hyeres, France 26 August 2009-Lorenzo Santinis Italian crew aboard UKA UKA Racing showed their true mettle on day three of the 2009 Melges 24 European Championship in Hyeres; posting a near perfect 2,1 score to leapfrog into a commanding ten point lead at the top of the leaderboard.
For the first time all week the skies are cloudy in Hyeres today where the 2009 Melges 24 European Championship reaches its halfway point. Races six and seven are scheduled and the single discard with come into play today.
Hyeres, France 25 August 2009-Once again the weather gods have smiled on the 2009 Melges 24 European Championship in Hyeres, delivering perfect sailing conditions for day two of the regatta and enabling three perfect races to be completed.
There was a short postponement at the 2009 Melges 24 European Championship in Hyeres this morning but the teams are now headed out to the race course for what the Race Committee hope will be a three race day.
