Pusser's Wipeout Practice In Full Swing At Pre-Worlds

The Pusser's Wipeout Of The Day Award will be presented daily throughout the Sheehy Lexus of Annapolis 2009 Melges 24 World Championship to the crew completing the most spectacular broach/wipeout of the day.  Clearly the teams take this challenge just as seriously as the overall competition and are determined to practice their broaching in the Pre-Worlds as can be seen from the antics of USA623 owned and helmed by Kristen Lane, pictured left.  Sadly for Kristen the Pusser's Wipeout competition doesn't officially get underway until Monday so there's no Pusser's prize for this little effort, but we couldn't resist bringing you this sneak preview of what's to come - especially as its not that often we get to see Kristen laying her boat down on the race course!  Nice one team Brick House 623.
