Hot news from the organisers of Yachting Key West Race Week (15-19 January 2001) is that the Melges 24 fleet entry is currently 53 boats, twice as many as any other one design fleet at the regatta.

All competitors intending to compete in the Corinthian division at Melges 24 events during 2002 should ensure that they and their crew have all obtained the necessary official ISAF Sailor Classification through the ISAF web site at www.sailing.org.

To help other Melges 24s go to the Melges 24 Worlds at Key West Race Week my crew and I have worked out a deal where it only costs $400 a person. This includes entry fee ,dockage, and hotel room for the whole week. With this low a dollar figure I cannot afford not to go!
