On the first day of the Championship of France FFV-November a Hyres Regatta the Melges 24 sailors completed 4 races run in an east wind from 8 to 15 knots. Bruno Jourdren takes the head of the 33 crews from 6 nations, but the scores are extremely close and the Championship remains very open!
There's just over a week to go until the last major event of the European Season, the Novembre a Hyeres Regatta in Hyeres, France. With the 2006 Worlds scheduled for Hyeres interest in this regatta is running higher than ever and teams from across Europe will be competing.

Premiere Racing is pleased to invite Melges 24 sailors to Acura Miami Race Week 2005. The Southern Ocean Racing Conference known to racing sailors around the world as SORC has found a new life with Peter Craig and his Premiere Racing organization.
Laurie Bunn and helmsman Bora Gulari bested a field of 18 top Melges 24 racers in the Lake Geneva Fall Championship. Their final race bullet sealed the deal for their team. In the seven race series Bunn and Gulari won two of the heats! The setting could not have been more perfect this weekend.
