IMCA PRESS RELEASE - KEY LARGO, Fla., Dec. 6, 2005 From Corum Melges 24 World Championship Guest Journalist Keith Taylor - One hundred teams from nine countries have entered the 2005 Corum Melges 24 World Championship at Ocean Reef Club in Key Largo, which starts December 11.

The entry deadline for Acura Key West Race Week 2006 is fast approaching so to avoid paying heavy late entry fees please register no later than 9 December 2005.

James Spithill with his Luna Rossa crew of Jonathan and Charlie McKee, Manuel Motero and 11 year old Mac Agnese are the 2005 Carloan.com Melges 24 King's Day Regatta/Atlantic Coast Champions! The last time that the fleet was visited by Spithill and his very impressive team was Key West Race Week.

Fifty one teams are currently in the process of registering in Jacksonville, Florida, for the 2005 US Atlantic Coast Championship, being held in association with the King's Day Regatta.

Would all Worlds competitors please note thefollowing very important points: A. All boats must produce a valid measurement certificate for their boat (in the current owners name, showing the correct country identifier on the sail number, etc).
