The fourth day of racing in Key West was spectacular as the teams headed out to the course under clear blue skies, plentiful sunshine and moderate breezes. The tempatures were a little cooler than they have been but none-the-less enjoyable as we set out to for two incredible races.
Day three was filled with three races and plenty of on-the-edge-of-your-seat racing that shuffled the leader board leaving Gabrio Zandona at the helm for Giovanni Maspero ITA-550 Joe Fly in first place.

Day two was a carbon copy of Mondays exciting Melges 24 racing action! The teams were greeted with 20 to 25 knots of wind, beautiful blue skies and plenty of sunshine as they kicked off the second day of racing looking forward to two races.

Day two was a carbon copy of Mondays exciting Melges 24 racing action! The teams were greeted with 20 to 25 knots of wind, beautiful blue skies and plenty of sunshine as they kicked off the second day of racing looking forward to two races.
The fifty-nine Melges 24 teams were all set to go racing today with a batch of early postponements preventing them from heading out the race course as previously scheduled.
After two days of intense Melges 24 racing action, Brian Porter and his crew comprised of his brother John Porter, Andy Burdick and Dave Navin won the 2004 Ocean Reef Regatta in Key Largo, Florida. In second place was John Bertrand and Bruce Ayres in third.
