After 3 races the 2002 German Open 2002 saw GER 191 KH+P (Gnter Tzeschlock, Regina Tzeschlock, Barbara Koepfer & Martin Ritsche) with 3 points in front of ITA 139 Ale Ali 3 (Mario Ziliani & Crew, winners of German Open 2001).

Dear Melges24 sailors, The German Class Association (Ulli Strosek / Gnter Tzeschlock) met on 17th April 2002 the organisation team for the Worlds 2002. We held a meeting with Dr. Claus-Dieter Stoltze, the managing director of the hosting Lbecker Yacht Club.
