Bruce Golison and the guys at Premiere Racing have been in touch to remind us that North Sails Week in Long Beach, California, takes place from June 25-27.

The 7th edition of the International Melges Week, 2nd regatta of the 2004 Volvo Cup, took place last weekend in Torbole on Lake Garda.

Congratulations to Luca Santella "USA-551 Joe Fly" (ITA-550) and owner Giovanni Maspero, he and his crew are the 2004 US National Champions.

The scene was set for 14 Melges 24s at the second US ranking event of the year, in Annapolis poised for it's largest NOOD regatta ever. Sailing on the open water near Thomas point meant less Annapolis port traffic to deal with and, certainly kept us out of the way of the 80 J22's.
