Recently there has been some discussion at regattas regarding sailing the boat within the Class and ISAF Rules.

Team Pohjola-Fonecta Finder, FIN-434 reporting from Finland. Team Pohjola-Fonecta Finder, FIN-434, skippered by Tomi Hakola started off their Melges 24 season in mid May in Naantali, the southwestern part of Finland with the first Finnish Melges 24 ranking event.

The four days long event in Torbole hasn't been just about sailing, of course. So on friday night, after the races, we had a Devoti Sailing party, with food and drinks for all. Devoti sailing was in Torbole offering technical assistance and spare parts.

From the Italian Class - Two days of racing and five races held so far in the 8th Melges Week, Volvo Cup IV 2005 in Torbole. 54 boats from Italy, Germany, France, Monaco, Austria, Netherlands and Ukraine, competing in the chilly waters of the nothern Garda lake, with sun and medium to strong winds.
