Today was a hot final day of racing with the dolphins on Corio Bay, Geelong, at the Parks Victoria 2012 Melges 24 Australian Championship.
The fleet was back in Corio Bay for day three of the Parks Victoria Melges 24 Australian Championships, hot sun and a light to moderate South Easterly breeze set the scene for three windward leeward races. The fleet seem to get closer together the more races they complete.

The Festival of Sails and Corio Bay served up great conditions for dayone of the 2012 Melges 24 Australian Championships; sunshine, up to 20knots of wind and dolphins.
The first ever "Aarhus Melges 24 Spring Cup 2012" – will be hosted by Aarhus Sailing Club in conjunction with Sailing Aarhus. The cup consists of two seperate events held in the same place - Århus, Denmark.
The Melges 24 fleet are descending on Geelong from all over Australiato compete in the Melges 24 Australian Championships from the 26 – 29January at the Festival of Sails. This will be the largest fleet of Melges 24’s at a NationalChampionships to date.
