January 14, 2016 - Key West, FL, USA - With over ten months to go before the start of the 2016 Melges 24 Miami Worlds, registration just reached the 100-boat mark. Bow No. 100 went to Melges 24 class veteran, America's Cup skipper and multi-class World champion, Terry Hutchinson of Quantum Sails.
January 12th, 2016 - IM24CA-After the retirement of Hank Stuart, the current Championship Coordinator of the International Melges 24 Class Association, it was discussed anddecided by IM24CA to divide the job of the Championship Coordinator between two persons covering different hemispheres.
After ten years with the Melges 24 class, the current Championship Coordinator of the International Melges 24 Class Association Hank Stuart announced his retirement this autumn. Hank has been either the PRO or the Class Representative for every IM24CA continental championship since 2006.
It´s time to renew the International Melges 24 Class Association membership database on our website www.melges24.com and later during the year pay your membership fees.As decided at the 2015 AGM a full membership fee was increased by 5 Euros to 100 Euros.
