Wind Arrives and Boats Go Afloat in Neustadt

At last the wind has appeared and at 1400 the race committee announced that the competitors should go afloat with a view to starting the final race of the championship at 1515. It's still a very light wind so being able to race is not yet certain but at least there is now some chance to finish the championship in style.
