Visit Germany!

The German Class is proud to present two events in early autumn which should attract crews from other national classes:

12. - 14. September: German Open, Flensburg - A good possibility to show the power of the class to others in the business - J80 and X35 will hold races at the same weekend. Therefore the German class hopes to see many boats from Scandinavia and the UK. A fleet of 25 - 30 boats should be possible. Click here for NOTICE OF RACE and ENTRY FORM

20. - 22. September: Oktoberfest-Trophy, Starnberg - Yes, Saturday to Monday is correct and has been decided on to enable crews to arrive Friday late and leave on Monday or Tuesday to Torbole to sail the final event of Volvo-Cup 2008. For Sunday night a tent at the Oktoberfest is booked for 100 people, transfer by bus is organised for those who want to keep their drivere licenses. The places will be dedicated on a "First Come First Go" - basis so sign in early and join us on Sunday night.
