U.S. Atlantic Coast Championship Blog Now Live

This weekend the Melges 24 Class has assembled at the Davis Island Yacht Club in beautiful Tampa, Florida, for the final event in the 2008 Melges 24 World and North American Ranking - the US Atlantic Coast Championship.

There are a total of 21 teams competing including 10 Corinthian crews and our very own Joy Dunigan is out there on the water snapping the action and doing a MINI ON THE WATER BLOG from her trusty I-Phone to bring you all the action as it happens.

As I write this update the boats have just completed registration and will be heading out for the first race which is due to start around 10am local time so switch over to the BLOG and watch for Joy's updates which will be coming up soon.

We'd like to take this opportunity to say a very special thank you to the Davis Island Yacht Club and it's members who generously stepped up to host this event at short notice when the original host club was forced to pull out following hurrican damage earlier this year.
