SNIM Opens European Ranking Series

The European Ranking Series gets off to a great start next week with the annual SNIM Easter regatta from 6 to 9 April in Marseille, France. Around 50 teams are expected for this season opener including most of the big names on the European circuit including - World Champion Nicola Celon and his team, Riccardo Simoneschi hot from his win in Key West, Jamie Lea and the new Mojo team, John Pollard and his St Petersburg NOOD winning Xcellent crew, Maxime Paul, the Eurovoiles team, Lorenzo Bressani's new Spider crew who took the winners laurels at February's Primo Cup.

This every popular event offers great early season sunshine with typical good winds on fantastic sailing waters off France's premier Mediterannean port. This year all the boats will be lifted at the CMV club and loaded to transport in the old harbour after racing which will make life much easier. 10-11 races are programmed and as usual there will be an informal breakfast before racing and a post racing party each day.
