Norwegian Nationals Now Heading For 40 Entries - Still Time To Sign Up

With 38 entries already confirmed and several more entries still expected the 2011 Norwegian National Championship, to be held in Hanko from 2-4 September, is all set to be a record breaker. The Scandinavian Melges 24 fleets have been going from strength to strength this year and we're delighted to see such a big turnout for the Norwegian Nationals.

The Norwegian Class will field 30 teams for the event and already crews have signed up from Estonia, Sweden and Denmark, including Anne-Julie Fogth Schutt's all girl crew aboard Team XX/Aarhus Academy. Amongst the hot favourites to take the title are Koffer Spone, Kristian and Peder Nergaard, Oyvind Peder Jahre and Petrus Eide.
