MELGES 24 RULE CHANGES

Following work by the IMCA Technical Committee in association with the class builders and suppliers it became necessary to submit a request to ISAF for mid year "emergency" rule changes to cover new materials for sails and rigging and an ammendment to spreader length.

These rule changes were devised to keep the rules up to date with modern technological and production developments only and do not affect any existing equipment or boats.
