Melges 24 Norway: Hankø Race Week 2015
Hankø Race Week, Norway final race for the Norwegian fleet prior to the Melges 24 Worlds 2015, a good weekend and a great final test for 13 boats from Norwegian fleet before the World Cup in Middelfart including three races on Saturday and three races on Sunday on June 20-21.
Hankø displayed great sailing conditions with 6-10 knots Saturday and Sunday.
Baghdad II took control of the event after race 2 on Saturday and never looked back, and it looks as they are in good shape for the Worlds.
NOR751 Storm Capital Sail Racing with 2nd place overall and are looking well prepared for Corinthian fleet in Middelfart. Peder Nergaard in NOR787 BLOW HENRY LLOYD also sailed a good series, including a 1st in race 1 , ending as the third in the overall standings.
