We have lost a friend, I have lost a friend.
After a long battle Gunter has passed away two days ago.
He worked hard and with sincere passion for the class he loved so much.
His style was gentle and sweet all the time, in every occasion even the most complicate. A real Corinthian, with the "right Corinthian spirit"….always competitive and happy to sail together with the best, always respecting rules and the fair sailing.
My thought goes to his wife Regina as they were always sailing together, as well as sharing everything else in life, as I know how strong is this kind of relationship.
