International Judge Willii Gohl of Germany has prepared a fantastic document summarising the changes to the ISAF Racing Rules of Sailing for 2009-2012. The document details the changes and compares them to the preceding rules to help you fully understand them. There are a number of very important changes which come into force next year so download a copy of this document now the new RRS now and spend some time familiarising yourselves with them.
