IMCA World Council Minutes Now Available Online

The Minutes of the 2009 International Melges 24 Class Association World Council AGM, held on 14 November 2009 at Richmond-Upon-Thames, England, have now been published.  The minutes include details of the Class Rule and Constitution changes agreed by the World Council and of the forthcoming IMCA Championship events through until 2012.
