The German Speaking Countries Need You!

On behalf of the German speaking countries we would be happy to welcome teams from other European Countries to our "Nationals"

- Austrian Open, May 22-24, Attersee, Austria
- German Open, May 29 - June 1, Prien, Chiemsee, Germany
- Swiss Open, June 26-28, Kreuzlingen, Switzerland

The German Class will calculate a "Central-European-Lake-Ranking", included races will be:
Balaton Cup, HUN - Lake Balaton
Austrian Open, AUT - Lake Attersee
German Open, GER - Lake Chiemsee
Swiss Open, SUI - Lake of Constance
Czech Open, CZE - Lake Lipno
3 best races to count for the ranking
Doing this we hope there will be good traffic between these countries and good entry-numbers for the events should be guaranteed.

The German Class has set up tune-up-weekends in spring and summer, details can be found on our websiteWWW.MELGES24.DE

The German and Austrian Classes will offer "Test the Best" events prior to regattas to introduce the boat to interested parties:
21st May 2009 at Seewalchen, Lake Attersee
11th June 2009 at Tutzing, Lake Starnberg
