Full Throttle Wins PCC and Gives Notice of Intent for Worlds

This past weekend the Melges 24 congregated on San Francisco Bay for the US Pacific Coast Championship. The event provided an excellent warm up opportunity for the crews preparing for the forthcoming Fullpower Melges 24 World Championship which gets underway in Santa Cruz late next week.

The legendary Full Throttle Team of owner/helm Brian Porter and crew John Porter, Harry Melges and Andy Burdick put together a lovely series to become Pacific Coast Champions with Dave Ullman on Pegasus 505 second and 2003 World Champion Shark Kahn sailing Pegasus 492 third overall.
