Entry Deadline Extended Until March 15 for the First Event of the 2014 Melges 24 European Sailing Series in Portorož

Melges 24 European Sailing Series 2014 will take off with the first event in Portorož in two weeks, i.e. on March 27-30. Good news is that the organizers have kindly extended the deadline of initial entry fee until March 15. After that date late entry surcharge of 30% will apply.
You are welcome to join the great fleet of boats who have been registered already - more than 20 boats from 11 countries - and start the season in Slovenia where the weather is nice and warm with great long range weather forecast.
As there were lot of training inquiries for the dates around the regatta, the organizers have made a special agreement with marina to offer free berths prior to the regatta starting from 24th March to every crew staying in marina's apartment (prices the same as shown in NOR).
If you plan to leave the boat in Portorož after the regatta (until the Europeans), you'll get 50% discount from the marina's services. For example the fee for one month at the shore dock with a discount of 50% is 115€ (instead 230€) and if you plan to do some training, the cost of one crane operation is 35€ instead of 70€.
There will be held two-day MonoCup Opener regatta on April 12-13 what could be interesting for all crews willing to leave their boats in Portorož until the Europeans.
