DAY TWO SET TO BE VHALLENGING AT KING'S DAY REGATTA

Last night the sailors enjoyed a great food buffet and plenty of beverages in the ballroom of the Florida Yacht Club after sailing in wet, yet exciting, competitive and challenging weather conditions on day one. Today the conditions are not really any better. Day two is revealing an overcast sky, light drizzle from time to time, the air temperature continues to drop and winds are around 18–20 knots (the forecast is calling for 20-25 knots). Despite what looks like another potentially wet day on the boats, most of the sailors are commenting this morning as they are putting on their foul weather gear that this is going to be fun, challenging and exciting.

Going into the races today Brian Porter (USA-549 "Full Throttle") remains in the overall lead with Argyle Campbell (USA-524 "Rock n' Roll") and Sheldon Ecklund (USA-553) tied for second place. Doug Clark helming for Paula Zubrzycki (USA-495 "First Crush") is currently listed fourth.
