CORUM MELGES 24 WORLDS UPDATE

From the USMCA - The 2005 Corum Melges 24 World Championship is a very short time away. Over 40 entries have been confirmed! Start making your plans now to attend. Time is of the essence to get your entry and most importantly - your accommodations taken care of right away!

Overall preparations for the Worlds have been underway for sometime now and the number of entries are beginning to accumulate. In an effort to help everyone plan early so they can relax and have fun racing in Key Largo, we have provided some information below to make your experience at Ocean Reef the absolute best it can be - for you and your crew.

REGISTRATION
Early registration is encouraged and has been made quick and very simple. You can register one of two ways:

OFFICIAL 2005 WORLDS WEB SITE , process your entry form and pay online. There is no need to worry about filling in crew information at this time, all entry data can be adjusted as we draw closer to the event.

Complete the entry form, place a check, enclose a copy of your measurement certificate and mail it to the following address:

To speed up the process and if you would rather use a credit card, fill out the credit card area on the entry form and fax it to 1 912-756-7330. Someone will contact you about your entry soon afterwards.

Even though we are sure that all those planning to attend will be entered well in advance, please be aware that the entry deadline is November 8, 2005. There will be absolutely NO exceptions past this date.

ACCOMMODATIONS
Please make your accommodations right away! The Worlds Organizing Authority and Ocean Reef cannot stress enough how important it is that you make your accommodations immediately. Ocean Reef has extended a very special offer to the Melges 24 Class for this event and we want to make sure everyone gets the accommodations they desire.

There is an accommodation type for everyone. From hotel rooms, to condominiums to homes with docks and amenities, it is very important that once you have completed your registration, you get this squared away as soon as possible if not before your register.
