CORRECTION: TEAM SATISFACTION WINS 2003-2004 MELGES 24 WINTER SERIES CHAMPIONSHIP

Team Satisfaction “USA-378” is the 2003-2004 Melges 24 Winter Series Champion.

The Winter Series Championship has been one of the hottest titles to capture for years. It comes down to three major winter events that teams participate in for a cumulative series score.

The Florida Yacht Club in Jacksonville hosts the first event in November and has done so now for 10 years. This is a well attended, championship with first class hospitality. The Melges 24 class then moves south to Key West, Florida where we traditionally host the classes Midwinter Championship. Since 1994, the Melges 24 has been the largest fleet of racers at Key West Race Week. Typically, we see attendance levels exceeding 60 boats on the start line. Truly exciting! A testament for the Melges 24's ability to trailer.

The circuit’s final stop was in St. Petersburg, Florida. The Sailing World NOOD Regatta put 34 Melges 24s on the start line. Again, another top notch Melges 24 event.

Congratulations to Team Satisfaction for a fantastic Winter Series! We hope to see everyone out again next year!
