Blu Moon Team Leading After Second Day Of Volvo Cup In Lerici

With two days of racing now completed at the Italian Volvo Cup Regatta in Lerici Switzerland's Franco Rossini's Blu Moon team helmed by Flavio Favini is currently leading the regatta with Nicola Celon and Lanfranco Cirillo's Fantstica from Italy second and fellow Italian Luca Valerio helming Maurizio Abba's Alina in third. 

Day one brought light airs and and a late start to racing although the race committee was able to completed two races with the boats not getting back to the dock until early evening.  Today the wind came up and the 49 competitors enjoyed three great races.  We hope to have a full race report for you shortly but in the meantime here are the overall results.
