Blog Team Now Up-and-Running on the Race Course

The Eastport Yacht Club race committee got into the spirit of things this morning by welcoming all the competitors to the race course with a Halloween pumpkin on the roof of the committee boat. Right now the committee is making it's final preparations to get racing underway here on the Chesapeake Bay where it's sunny with light airs.

Out on the water in our blog team today we have Justin Chisholm, Fiona Brown and Joy Dunigan plus we've got IMCA Championship Coordinator Hank Stuart with us too keeping an eye on the racing and feeding us lots of helpful information. We'd like to thank Rick Jackson, Rear Commodore of the Eastport Yacht Club, who has been doing a great job of driving our press boat for us this week and to Tom Mullen of Eastport Yacht Club who generously supplied our boat which is appropriately called Tomfoolery!
