Back-to-Back Monsoon Season In Charleston, Party Girl Rocks On
20 April 2015 - Charleston, SC - Congratulations are in order to Bruce Ayres and his Monsoon team — tactician Jeremy Wilmot, Jeff Reynolds, Jessica Koenig and Jake LaDow as they are 2015 Melges 24 Sperry Charleston Race Week Champions for the second consecutive time.
It was a showdown on Sunday as discards went into effect and Ryan Davidson helming Guy Mossman's Battle Rhythm gave Ayres a good run for the money to finish up second overall. Both teams possessed 20 points at the end of the day with Ayres winning strong on countback. Brent McKenzie on EX-Kahn came third.

In the Corinthian corner, Jens Wathne and his Party Girl team won top honors. Aboard with Jens was his brother Jorgen, Carl Christian Stenrud and Tom Murray. Kevin Nixon and family onACCRU+ were the official runners up, followed by Chris Field'sLeda in third.

Three races were completed on the final day in Charleston with the second race of the day seeing full on breeze on conditions. The Melges 24s lit up the course with their dynamic downwind speed!
