AGM 2006 Update

The 2006 IMCA World Council AGM will take place on Thursday 24th August in Hyeres. Representatives of each National Melges 24 Class, the IMCA Executive Committee and Melges 24 Builders Representatives will all be in attendance.

If you have issues that you would like your national class representatives to raise at the AGM now is the time to lobby them. For information here is the administrative timetable running up to the AGM:-

60 Days prior to meeting (24th June) - Motions & amendments which have an effect on constitution or class-rules to be sent to secretary

6 Weeks prior to meeting (13th July) - Agenda for AGM will distributed together with information on motions

4 Weeks prior to meeting (27th July) - Amendments to motions and agenda to be sent to secretary

3 Weeks prior to meeting (3rd August) - Updated Agenda for AGM will be distributed
