2021 Quantum Melges 24 Great Lakes Cup Launched

April 27, 2021 - USM24CA -  The Quantum Melges 24 Great Lakes Cup consists of four high-calibre events across the Midwest District of the U.S. Melges 24 Class Association. The Notice of Race has been released and teams are getting ready to make 2021 the best year of racing the Melges 24 in the Midwest EVER!

“After so many events cancelled this past year, we’re really excited to again support Melges 24 sailors as they get back out on the water for racing! Although not all of the scheduled races ran last summer, the Grand Traverse Yacht Club and Crescent Sail Club Invitationals provided extremely competitive racing for those that attended. This series really showcases the incredible racing going on in the Great Lakes and the strong network of support and expertise Quantum provides. This is particularly close to home with our recent partnership with Melges, allowing us to bring even more expertise to each event. We can't wait for the 2021 series!"

EVENT NO. 1: Midwest Spring Championship - May 15-16, 2021, Muskegon, MI
EVENT NO. 2: Traverse City Melges 24 Invitational - August 21-22, 2021, Traverse City, MI
EVENT NO. 3: Melges 24 U.S. National Championship - September 17-19, 2021, Grosse Pointe Farms, MI
EVENT NO. 4: Melges 24 Fall Championship - October 2-3, 2021 Lake Geneva, WI
