2011 IMCA AGM To Be Held On 19th November 2011
The 2011 IMCA World Council AGM will be held on the 19th November. Full details of the location and timing will be sent to the National Class Association Secretaries later this month, but in the meantime all Melges 24 sailors are reminded that the final date for submission of motions and nominations (in particular proposals for class rule changes) will be 23rd September. Motions and nominations can only be submitted via your National Class Association so if you have a proposal you wish to be considered by the AGM you should urgently make contact with your National Class Association Officers and ask them to review your proposal and submit it on your behalf by the closing date.
The timetable for actions leading up to the AGM will be as follows:-
23rd August – Official notification of AGM Dates and timetable with outline agenda to be circulated
23rd September – Final submission date for Motions and Nominations from National Class Associations to the IMCA Secretary
7th October – Detailed Agenda to be circulated with all relevant papers
21st October – Final submission date for any amendments to above Motions and Nominations from National Class Associations to the IMCA Secretary
28th October – Revised Agenda with details of amendments as above to be circulated
19th November – IMCA AGM
