Doyle Sails Melges 24 Nordic Trophy 2015 - Melges.dk DEN612 Crowned Winner of the Melges 24 Danish Championship 2015
Over August 21-23 the 3rd event of the Doyle Sails Nordic Trophy 2015 was held considered to be Melges 24 Danish Championship and was hosted by Sundby Sejlforening in Copenhagen. 26 boats competed from Denmark, Norway, Sweden and Germany.
It was a challenging event for the sailors and the Race Committee due to large wind shifts and light breeze, but eight races were sailed and the winner DEN 612 Melges.dk with Kris Houmann in helm and Rasmus Melsen, Søren Braad Steen and Rasmus Damsgaard in crew, was crowned in front of Peder Nergaard's NOR 787 Blow, and DEN 808 Elsa with Jesper Bendix.

The final event of the Doyle Sails Nordic Trophy will be held on September 5-6 in Fredrikstad, Norway.
