2022 Melges 24 Europeans - 4 months to go, Notice of Race published

June 22, 2022 - Genova, Italy -  Exactly four months until the Melges 24 European Championship 2022 to be hosted by the oldest sailing club in Italy - Yacht Club Italiano in Genova, Italy on October 22-29. Notice of Race has been published and all Melges 24 teams are invited to sign up for the main event in Europe to finish the season in style!

Event dates: 
Saturday 22 to Monday 24 October: Registration and Measurement
Monday 24 October: Practice Race and the Opening Ceremony 
Tuesday 25 October to Saturday 29 October: 2022 Melges 24 European Championship

Deadlines to note in the Notice of Race: 
July 22 - Payment until July 22, 2022 will be €. 850,00
September 15 - Payment from July 23 until September 15, 2022 will be 1,000€ 
October 15 - Payment from September 16 until October 15, 2022 will be 1,300€

Use the early entry fee advantage to sign up for the event until July 22 to avoid surcharge of 150€ .

• October 15 - Eligible boats may enter by completing online registration together with the required fee by October 15, 2022.
• October 15 - The closing date for the registration of Corinthian entries.
• October 15 - Sailors shall be registered with World Sailing prior to October 15, 2022 and be able to declare their World Sailing sailor ID and group number on the entry form (concerns Corinthian entries only).
• October 15 - Each boat shall produce a valid measurement certificate before the close of registration October 15, 2022. Documents may be submitted before registration to IM24CA Administrator Piret Salmistu via email at piret@melges24.com. 
• October 19 - As a condition of entry, all boats could be moored in piers of Yacht Club Italiano from October 19
