2012 International Melges 24 Class Annual General Meeting - 24 November In Helsinki

The 2012 Annual General Meeting of the International Melges 24 Class Association World Council will take place on 24 November 2012 in Helsinki, Finland.  The initial Draft Agenda for the meeting is below and all National Class Associations are required to ensure that details of the Agenda are circulated to their members with a request for comments and input by the required dates.  Note that nominations and proposals for the AGM can only be accepted from the National Class Associations and the Executive and Technical Committees and ISAF.  Please see the timetable below for details of the submission dates.

DRAFT AGENDA

2012 AGM Submissions Timetable - as per Constitution 10.4

1^st Sept:            Draft Agenda issued with request for all Motions and Nominations (National Classes to onward distribute (translating where necessary) to their members for comment and input)           

28^th Sept:            final submission date for ALL Motions and Nominations

12^nd Oct:            distribution of updated agenda and paperwork (National Classes to onward distribute (translating where necessary) to their members for comment and input).

26^th Oct:            deadline for amendments to motions previously submitted

2^nd Nov:             distribution of revised agenda with details of attachment(s) to agenda

24^th Nov.            IMCA AGM “Only the motions, amendments and nominations on the agenda and its attachments shall be voted on.”
