Bombarda ITA860 (7-4-1 today) by Andrea Pozzi, with Matteo Ivaldi on tactics, retains control of the provisional ranking, taking the bullet in the sixth race and resisting on several occasions the attacks of Robert Bakoczy’s helmed FGF Sailing Team HUN728 which, with partial scores of 2-1-2, is the best boat of the day and shortens its gap between Bombarda to just 5 points. Excellent day also for the Corinthian crew of Marco Zammarchi’s Taki 4 ITA778 with Niccolo Bertola in helm (1-5-3) which climbs up to third place in the general standings and stands firmly at the top of its division ranking.
