Travis Weisleder and his Lucky Dog/Gill Race Team and Megan Ratliff's Decorum Racing were crowned as the 2019 Champions of the Sperry Charleston Race Week! Lucky Dog / Gill Race Team received also the Charleston Race Week Cup, presented for best overall performance by a one-design entry.

USA - The start of the second event of the 2019 U.S. Melges 24 National Ranking Series is just days away with thirty-seven teams registered for the Sperry Charleston Race Week regatta. Melges 24s from all over the country are excited to be traveling to Sperry Race Week, an event well known for being supported by a massive league of dedicated volunteers, offering the finest in race and regatta management, loaded with tons of southern hospitality. Spectacular shoreside activities include beach parties, an open Goslings Rum Bar and live music each day that keeps teams faithfully returning every year.

April 7, 2019 - Portoroz, Slovenia - The third day of the Marina Portoroz Melges 24 Regatta, the season opener of the 2019 Melges 24 European Sailing Series, concluded the winner and shuffled the cards among Top Five. Estonian Lenny, taking early lead since the first day, confirmed its victory with eleven point margin ahead of Italian Taki 4 and Arkanoe by Montura completing the podium - both in overall and Corinthian rankings. Thirty boats from all over the Europe were representing ten countries in the first event of the season.

April 6, 2019 - Portoroz, Slovenia - A light breeze prevented the Race Committee of the Marina Portoroz Melges 24 Regatta 2019, the first event of the 2019 Melges 24 European Sailing Series, from getting more than one race sailed today. Some increase in wind is forecast for tomorrow, while tonight sees the Melges 24 Sailors Dinner take place in the Marina Portoroz.

April 5, 2019 - Portoroz, Slovenia - The season opener of the 2019 Melges 24 European Sailing Series kicks off in Portoroz, Slovenia, despite of the weather, which was not so generous to the Melges 24 sailors today. Nevertheless, thirty teams representing ten nations from all over the Europe have completed three races with Southerly Sirocco wind.

March 28, 2019 - Lake Macquarie Yacht Club, Australia - Sixteen races over six days, with wind from every direction and of a variety of strengths on Lake Macquarie. For this reason competitors went home very happy after competing in the Accru 2019 Melges 24 NSW State and Australian National Championships. There was a wind direction or wind speed that suited every boat at some stage throughout the two regattas.
