Audi tron Sailing Series - Honors and responsibilities of a travelling event

Porto Venere – It's right from an act to another that the Audi tron Sailing Series has to cope with the most hectic and tricky moments of all. During the quick setting up and dismantling of the Audi Village from a venue to another hundreds of km away going from Liguria to Sicily, Tuscany and Lombardy many matters have to be taken into consideration such as the logistics, transport management and weather conditions.

Right here in Porto Venere, in a breathtaking spot, the Hospitality has been placed in a very short time thanks to the support of the local authorities, despite the bad weather and some structural renovations that have to be made since it has to be used in other venues and events.

B.Plan Sport&Events (BPSE) sport marketing agency has been very active in the management of various events for many years. Synergies blended with an accurate team work, state-of-the art equipment and highly specialised personnel.

“It is pretty unusual how the most committing part of our job is hardly known but the reality is that the first regatta of every act represents for my staff the conclusion of a very hard phase that started soon after the prize giving of the previous act. Everything has to be completed in a very short time, as it happens before a concert, we always follow a scheme that we do fit and change according to the location – says Riccardo Simoneschi, BPSE Ceo. Once the event is over, the hospitality has to be dismantled and the evening of the same day another journey starts heading towards the next venue, where other skilled staff will be committed with the setting up.”
