Bo Boje's UpUpUp team is the Danish Melges 24 Champion 2018
August 27, 2018 - Kerteminde Sejlklub, Denmark - The Melges 24 Danish Nationals were hosted by the Kerteminde Sejlklub on August 24-26. 18 teams from Denmark, Norway, Sweden and Germany were taking part of the event. 12 races were sailed during 3 racing days and competition was tough on top.
However the regatta was won by Norwegian Peder Nergaard's Blow NOR787, the Danish title belongs to the Danes i.e for the second finisher UpUpUp DEN837 of Bo Boje Pedersen with Joachim Aschenbrenner, Kristian Kviid Sorensen, August La Cour and Christina Andersen in crew.
Marc Wain Pedersen's Bodil DEN840 was the runner-up of the Nationals, being 4th in overall after Swedish Jonas Berntsson's SWE715. The podium was completed by Jesper Toft's FLEX TRIM/VILSUND BLUE DEN765.
