2022 Melges 24 Germany Races announced
February 28, 2022 - Munich, Germany - Melges 24 German Class Association is happy to announce the schedule of races included to the Melges 24 Germany Races 2022 series.
Michael Tarabochia, the president of the German Melges 24 Class said that they have completed the planning for 2022.
"We are happy to announce the schedule.
Nevertheless, we would like to remind you of the situation in Ukraine. It is difficult to get involved in our beautiful sport, when a war rages in Europe.
We think of our Ukrainian sailing friends, their families and friends."

"Die deutsche Melges Klassenvereinigung hat ihre Planung für die Saison 2022 abgeschlossen. Wir sind froh diese bekannt geben zu können.
Allerdings möchten wir an die Situation in der Ukraine erinnern. Es wird schwer sich mit unserem wundervollen Sport zu befassen, wenn gleichzeitig ein Krieg in Europa tobt.
Wir denken an unsere ukrainischen Segelfreunde, ihren Familien und Freunde."

April 2-3 - 2022 Melges 24 Germany Races: Trainingscup - Brombachsee
May 14-15 - 2022 Melges 24 Germany Races: Melges-Trichter - Brombachsee
May 27-29 - 2022 Melges 24 Austrian Championship - European Sailing Series Event 3 - Attersee
August 6-8 - 2022 Melges 24 Germany Races: German Open - Brombachsee
September 17-18 - 2022 Melges 24 Germany Races: Oktoberfestpreis - Starnberger See
Regattas will be hosted and organized by 1. Weißenburger Segelsportclub e.V., Yacht-Club Nürnberg e.V. and Bayerischer Yacht-Club Starnberg in Germany. Event host on Attersee, in Austria is Segelclub Kammersee.
