2020 Sperry Charleston Race Week - Cancelled

Dear Race Week Registrants,

After much thoughtful consideration and deliberation, the organizing committee of Sperry Charleston Race Week has decided to cancel the event for 2020. It is with great regret that due to current circumstances created by the coronavirus that we had to come to this decision. It's incredible what we are all experiencing at this time, and our health has to come first. This would have been the regatta's 25th anniversary and we are unwilling to commemorate this milestone by running an event that was compromised in any way.

We considered the possibility of postponing the event in order to buy time for the situation to stabilize, but based on the scale of the event, that option is not possible.   So, the 25th edition of Sperry Charleston Race Week is already set to be celebrated April 8th through April 11th, 2021. Please save the date and rest assured that the 25th celebration will surpass your expectations of this great event!

As registrants, you have two choices regarding your entry fee. You can apply this year's entry fee to next year's regatta or receive a refund through PayPal. Please notify us of your decision via email to  info@charlestonyachting.com.

We apologize for not being able to host this year's Sperry Charleston Race Week, but believe me there is no way we could have made this event happen in the format and quality you have grown to expect.  Very much looking forward to seeing everyone next year and thank you for standing by us in the toughest of times.
